From there, his love for the trades only grew. In high school, he worked on everything from foundations and siding to framing and roofing, gaining hands-on experience in every part of the construction process.
After spending time in the trades, Jamie took a detour into the corporate world, working at IBM. But the call to build never left him. In 2000, he started Decks Unlimited, successfully growing and selling the business. Then, he saw a gap in the market and knew he could offer homeowners something better—high-quality homes built with integrity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to making the homeowner’s experience easier. That’s when Premier Builders of Rochester truly took shape.

Once everything is finalized, we’ll sign the contract and schedule your project, setting clear expectations for timelines and next steps.
Your satisfaction doesn’t end when the project is complete. We schedule a 30-day walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations and address any immediate concerns. Additionally, you will schedule an 11-month walkthrough at a time that works best for you, giving you the opportunity to review your home and take advantage of the warranty before it expires.
